Account Deletion Agreement - FireKey

This Account Deletion Agreement ("Agreement") describes the process, consequences, and conditions of deleting your FireKey account. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with account deletion.

1. Consequences of Account Deletion

Deleting your FireKey account is a permanent and irreversible action. Upon deletion, the following will occur: Service Termination: you will immediately lose access to all FireKey features and services associated with your account. Data Deletion: all your browser profiles, fingerprint configurations, proxy settings, extension data, and other account-related data will be permanently deleted. Subscription Cancellation: any active paid subscription will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period. Team Dissolution: if you are the owner of a team workspace, the entire team will be dissolved. All team members will lose access to shared profiles and resources. Team owners must transfer ownership or disband the team before deleting their account. Balance Forfeiture: any remaining account credits, promotional balances, or unused prepaid amounts will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered. Referral Program: any active referral relationships and pending commissions will be permanently terminated.

2. Preconditions for Deletion

Before you can delete your account, you must ensure the following conditions are met: - If you are a team owner, you must either transfer ownership to another admin or remove all team members first - There must be no pending transactions or unresolved billing disputes - You must have access to the email address associated with your account for verification purposes

3. Deletion Process

The account deletion process works as follows: 1. Initiation: submit an account deletion request by sending an email to support@firekey.ai from your registered email address, or by contacting our customer support via Telegram (@FireKeyService_bot). 2. Verification: our support team will verify your identity and confirm the deletion request. 3. Processing: once verified, we will process your account deletion. The specific timeline will be communicated by our support team during the process. 4. Permanent Deletion: upon completion, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use FireKey again after deletion, you will need to create a new account. Previous data cannot be recovered.

4. Data Handling After Deletion

Upon permanent deletion of your account: Immediately Deleted: browser profiles, fingerprint configurations, proxy settings, extension data, team memberships, and account preferences. Anonymized: usage analytics and aggregated statistics will be anonymized (all personally identifiable information removed) and may be retained for service improvement purposes. Retained for Legal Compliance: certain records (such as payment and billing records, or account activity logs related to legal or security matters) may be retained for the periods required by applicable law. All retained data will be securely stored and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in our Terms of Service.
