Subscription Renewal Agreement - FireKey

This Subscription Renewal Agreement ("Agreement") explains the billing cycles, renewal process, and related terms for FireKey paid plans operated by Linkin Black Or White Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope

This Agreement applies to all paid subscription plans for the FireKey Service, including monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.

2. Billing Cycles and Pricing

FireKey offers the following billing cycles with tiered discounts off the base price: - Monthly: 30-day cycle, 30% off base price - Quarterly: 90-day cycle, 40% off base price - Annual: 365-day cycle, 50% off base price Pricing is based on the number of browser environments in your plan. Additional team member seats are available at $5 per month per seat. Volume discounts may apply for plans with 400 or more environments. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) in USD, WeChat Pay in HKD, and Alipay in HKD.

3. Subscription Renewal

FireKey subscriptions do not automatically renew. When your subscription approaches its expiration date, you may manually renew through Settings > Billing in the FireKey application. Renewal is charged at the price in effect at the time of renewal, which may differ from the price of your original subscription. If pricing has changed, the new price will be displayed before you confirm the renewal. You may renew your subscription at any time before or after it expires.

4. Subscription Expiration

When your paid subscription expires and is not renewed: - Your account will automatically revert to the free plan, which includes up to 5 browser profiles - Your existing browser profile data will be retained and will not be deleted - Browser profiles exceeding the free plan limit will become inaccessible but will not be removed; they will become available again if you renew your subscription - Team collaboration features may be limited based on free plan capabilities

5. Plan Changes

Upgrading: when upgrading to a higher-tier plan during an active subscription, you will be charged a prorated amount for the difference in price for the remaining subscription period. Downgrading: you may downgrade to a lower-tier plan free of charge. The downgrade takes effect immediately and your original expiration date is preserved. Cross-cycle downgrades (e.g., from annual to monthly) are not supported during an active subscription period.

6. Refund on Renewal

All subscription fees, including renewal payments, are non-refundable once processed. For details on our refund policy and any applicable exceptions, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your subscription in the following circumstances: - Violation of our Terms of Service - At our discretion with 30 days' advance notice if we discontinue the Service In the event we terminate the Service, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your prepaid subscription period.
