Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscription plans and purchases made through the FireKey platform operated by Linkin Black Or White Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all paid subscription plans, add-ons, and any other paid services offered through the FireKey platform. It governs the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. General No-Refund Principle

FireKey is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides immediate access to digital services upon subscription activation. Due to the nature of digital services: - All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced - Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription period - Downgrading your plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference - Cancelling a subscription will not result in a refund; your access continues until the end of the current billing period By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you have evaluated the Service (including via the free plan) and are making an informed purchase decision.

3. Free Plan

FireKey offers a free plan that allows you to evaluate the core functionality of the Service at no cost. The free plan includes: - Up to 5 browser profiles - Basic fingerprint management - Core features and functionality We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly test the Service using the free plan before purchasing a paid subscription. The availability of the free plan is a key reason for our no-refund policy — users have the opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before committing financially.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances: Duplicate Charges: if you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges in full. Service Unavailability: if the Service experiences a continuous outage exceeding 72 hours due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period. Unauthorized Charges: if you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization (e.g., account compromise), we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified. To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact support@firekey.ai within 15 days of the charge, providing your account details and a description of the issue.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by the exceptions above, please contact our support team first. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may: - Escalate the matter through your payment provider's dispute resolution process - Pursue resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in our Terms of Service (HKIAC arbitration) Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
