Payment Information: billing records, subscription plan details, and transaction history. Full payment card details are processed and stored by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your complete card number. Support Communications: content of emails, chat messages, or other communications you send to our support team.

After account deletion, we will promptly remove your personal data. Certain records (such as payment and billing records, or account activity logs related to legal or security matters) may be retained for the periods required by applicable law. Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
