All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. We provide a free plan with up to 5 browser profiles so you can evaluate FireKey before purchasing. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, extended outages (72+ hours), or unauthorized charges. Contact support@firekey.ai within 15 days for exception requests.

All data is protected with AES-256 encryption. Profiles are stored locally by default; if you enable cloud sync, selected data is stored securely in the cloud with end-to-end encryption. We never share your data with third parties.
